The first images of HTC M8 shows the back of the device, showing that it has a dual camera and a dual flash. The flagship remains the same, with aluminum body, bigger display and dual-camera sensor.
Before this Toshiba already created such a device with a dual sensor, to refocusing a picture after its taken with the advantage of Lytro - HTC is taking a big step to change smartphones camera technology.
HTC M8 appears again with an image showing the front of it. This time we get to see a little bit new design. Maybe we disappointed because of the aluminum body same like the HTC One yet they giving some difference capacitive home and back buttons as well.
The picture leaked from a Russian website, the pictures show a somekind of new UI that can be swipe from the bottom to open it. In terms of specs, the device will feature a larger 5-inch display and might be having a qHD 2560x1440 resolution and Snapdragon 800 processor.
The question is, will it be shown at the MWC 2014, Barcelona or in March a separate events in New York?

Based on a tweet from an employee working as an HTC

include new lock screen widgets, stock gesture enhanced keyboard, quick
settings option and many of such features.

bracing itself to increase the production of HTC One as the demand in the

and that these trend will only continue into the month of June.
HTC did not released the details of how many Ones the

HTC One Ultrapixel Camera's To Be Used In Mid-Range Models
HTC is expected to further increase the usage of its latest and
impressive ultrapixel camera technology to its midrange mobile phones after the
technology was used in the latest HTC’s flagship the HTC One. One is the first device in the HTC line up to
fully utilised this ground-breaking new imaging technology, whereby it allow
more light to be captured via the camera’s 4MP sensor.
HTC
further explained that instead of increasing their phones camera resolution,
HTC decide to use a modest 4MP cameras that include a sensor of ⅓ inches which in
turn allow each of the individual pixel captured to be larger thus enable far
better light capture as well. This technology combined with built in optical
image stabilisers that allow the device to capture better photo in low light
conditions even without using flash. This technology was similar to the one in the
Nokia Windows Phone flagship, the Lumia 920’s Pureview.
By
eliminating the need for a flash it allow more natural colours to seep through
which normally would be reduced by the flash plus it also alter the ambient
light and vivid colour moods that the photographer try to expressed.

Price of HTC Butterfly in Malaysia Clickhere
Many analyst
predict that the HTC One is the Taiwanese company last ever chance to establish
as one of giants in the smartphone industry that are dominated by the likes of
Samsung and Apple. Analyst are predicting this as even the launch of much hyped
HTC Butterfly failed to increase the market share in the world smartphone
market.
HTC recent financial result show how far they have back tracked - which
is almost to the level before HTC decide to use Android as an operating system
and were still relying completely on Windows Phone.

HTC One is Truly The One and Only Flagship of HTC in 2013
HTC is currently in the process of streamlining its usual
approach to smartphone this year. The Taiwanese based tech giant is expected to
stick with the new HTC One as its one and only flagship handset for this year.
Phil Robertson, HTC’s executive director for U.K and Ireland
revealed that the HTC One will be stick to its true name, whereby the Taiwanese
firm putting its high hope on the sleek and sexy iPhone-like Android handset.
This move is completely different from what HTC do last year
where they opted to release a wide range of HTC one devices including the One X,
One X+, One V and One S.
Reinforcing
its latest generation flagship brand to a one solitary device could pay off
handsomely for HTC as the multiple model approach can quickly confuse the
potential customers on which feature belong with which handset.
What we can assure
you is that there is no any sort of confusion about the new HTC One though, it
come with a 4.7-inch full HD display (similar to HTC Butterfly), 1.7GHz
quad-core processor and 2GB of DDR2 RAM.
HTC One also
come with Beats Audio-powered BoomSound coupled with a front-facing speaker and
amplifier along with BlinkFeed technology for a constant stream of news and
photos from you preferred store and not to forget the social networks.
The camera
which only a 4MP is still a great camera as it’s utilizes a feature that HTC
call the UltraPixels where the basic idea is that larger pixel make for better
images mainly to the image that in low light conditions, than more pixel. The
camera also come with HTC Zoe, which turn the photos into a mini-movies.
Importantly,
just because HTC declared the One as the only flagship device on the market for
the whole year, it doesn’t mean that the door is closed to other HTC handsets
under the One brand.
After HTC
One took the MWC best in show award, we find it hard to argue with the latest
decision of HTC’s new flagship strategy.

HTC Says Consumers Want their Phones Smaller than 5 Inches
HTC had a casual conversation with gottabemobile.com
in CES 2013. Folks at gottabemobile.com asked HTC what is their opinion
regarding the growing phablet (portmanteau between phone and tablet) market.
HTC said they are evaluating the phablet market. But according
to them, consumers in general do not want phones with displays exceeding 5
inches. But they are still watching the space.
This doesn't sound surprising as none of HTC phones
such as the widely popular HTC One X and HTC Droid DNA (known as J Butterfly in Japan) have
display beyond 5 inches. The display of HTC One X is 4.7 inches while the HTC
Droid DNA’s display is exactly 5 inches. Even the well-known rumored HTC M7 is
going to stick within this screen size.
HTC think that display size of 4.6 to 4.7 inches is
the sweet spot for smartphones. With display size within 5-inch range, the
device is often considered a phone based on functionality and user experience.
In other word, devices with huge display such as Samsung Galaxy Note feel more
like a tablet than a phone.
When asking about hardware, HTC says that “we are
approaching a ceiling and that specs would not really matter as much moving
forward.” Similar to Apple, HTC says they are going to focus on user
experience, instead of even stronger hardware. Jumping from quad-core to faster
quad-core processor in a handset won’t make much difference in average
consumers’ eyes.
Regarding the rumor of HTC making Windows RT tablet,
HTC says they are still monitoring the tablet space. HTC once announced they
have quit tablet market, so it could be quite interesting to see HTC re-entering
tablet market and brings us some interesting devices.
Look like HTC is concentrating on creating greater
user experience through smarter user interface (possibly Sense 5.0) and innovation. We will
have to wait until Mobile World Congress in February 2013 in order to see more
about HTC’s next flagship devices.
