After much rumours and leaks, one final rumour suggesting that HTC’s upcoming M7 smartphone will be announced on the 19th of February.
Rather than the expected launch date at MWC this year, the HTC M7 will be announced at its own dedicated London event, according to several reports. These reports came from a person who claims to have connections from his “many years or work in the field”.
The M7 from HTC is rumoured to keep the 4.7-inch display of the One X, but will boast a Full HD 1080p display instead. In addition, the new M7 will also feature a 1.7GHz quad-core processor will power crystal clear screen. The HTC M7 will reportedly also have 2GB or RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
The device will also pack a 13-megapixel shooter at the back, offering a ‘Cinesensor’ image sensor, slow motion and HDR video capabilities.
Lastly, the HTC M7 will run on Android Jelly Bean and will be coupled with an all new, revamped Sense UI – dubbed Sense 5.
